- Five years based in Zurich, Switzerland, developing senior executives in the insurance and financial services industries
- Five years running his own business as an independent coach and consultant
- Adjunct professor of Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Franklin University
His current work with the State of Ohio includes coaching, leadership and management development, high potential identification, succession planning, employee engagement and strengths-based career development.
