Timothy Reymann, Ph.D.
Chair, Business Administration and Management & Leadership Programs
He has served on the faculty of the university for 18 years. His doctoral work focused on the relationship between leadership and culture on organizational performance for today’s organization. He is an active member of the Academy of Management where he has chaired major program presentations on leadership at the academy’s annual meetings and additionally, peer-reviews work for presentation to the academy. Dr. Reymann has developed major program courses on organizational leadership and organizational culture and performance for Franklin University. Previous to joining the faculty at Franklin University, Dr. Reymann served as president of major non-profit agencies in Ohio.
