Cameron Mitchell is president and founder of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants which celebrates 23 years in business this year. In 2008, Mitchell navigated the sale of two of his most popular concepts – Mitchell’s/Columbus Fish Market and Mitchell’s Steakhouse - to Ruth’s Hospitality group for $92 million. While remaining independent and privately held, the company now operates 26 units with 12 other concepts in 11 states, enjoys a highly successful catering division - Cameron Mitchell Premier Events, and manages the growth and development of the 25 unit Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Taverns. With an entrepreneur’s energy, vision and passion, Mitchell’s sights are set on the development of new restaurant concepts and the expansion of the Ocean Prime, Rusty Bucket, and other concepts in his portfolio.
